Interview Content

As part of providing the Service, we collect structured information you provide during the interview session, including information about your organisation, your customers, your marketing activities, and your objectives. This information is used to produce a structured summary for review by the Inflect team.

Business Data

Business data refers to data collected in the normal course of providing our services. This may include session data, usage analytics, and other metrics generated when users interact with our services.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes:

  • to provide you with the core functionality of our services, including conducting and storing your interview session;
  • to send you a link to resume an incomplete interview session;
  • to produce and transmit a structured summary of your interview to the Inflect team;
  • to contact and communicate with you, including follow-up regarding next steps; and
  • for internal record-keeping and administrative purposes.

Storage of Personal Information

We strive to store all personal information on servers located within EU member states or countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this is not possible, any service provider must at minimum comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Your Rights and Control of Your Personal Information
